The staff were all wonderful, the food - even though I did not eat a huge quantity, I certainly enjoyed what I did eat, the treatments were fantastic, the spa and sauna lovely and the surroundings superb but most of all the CMR was the most magical, weightlifting, life changing experience I could not have imagined existed until now.  Also the absolute open sharing and caring of yourself was amazing.
